At AUTOMER PRO, we stand behind the quality of our job search services. This Refund Policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund, the process to request one, and what to expect. Please read this carefully before making any purchase on our platform.

1. Overview

We offer paid plans and services including premium job search subscriptions, resume writing assistance, job application credits, and career coaching sessions. Our refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased and whether the service has been accessed or delivered.

All refund requests are reviewed individually and we reserve the right to approve or decline requests based on the criteria outlined in this policy.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not used any premium features or applied to any jobs.

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription or service (duplicate billing error).

  • A technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing a service you paid for, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • You cancel a monthly or annual subscription mid-cycle after using the service for part of the billing period (prorated refund for unused days, at our discretion).

  • A service was partially delivered and the remaining portion is not possible to complete.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • You have used premium features, job application credits, or accessed premium job listings after purchase.

  • Refund requests are made more than 7 days after the purchase date.

  • You did not receive a job offer or interview as a result of using our services (we do not guarantee employment outcomes).

  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

  • You changed your mind about needing job search services after the 7-day window.

  • Promotional, discounted, or free-trial conversions (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase).

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.

  • Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund unless you also meet the eligibility criteria above.

Annual plan cancellations within the first 7 days will receive a full refund. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but access continues until the plan end date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at [refunds@automerpro.com] with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order/Transaction ID]".

  • Step 2: Include your full name, registered email address, the service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for your refund request.

  • Step 3: Attach any relevant documentation (billing statement, error screenshots) if applicable.

  • Step 4: Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing timelines are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–7 business days.

  • Digital Wallets: 2–5 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within the stated period, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
